My practice is entirely online, via phone, video, and messaging. Studies show that Telemental health counseling is just as effective as in person sessions, and in some cases can be more effective. However, some people benefit more from an in person counseling relationship - please honor your own sense of what works best for you. If you’re interested in understanding the online experience better, we can schedule a video session or phone call to explore.
Shamanic and Reiki healing and ceremonies are very effective online.
